Shipping Policy

Usually, adopt door-to-door international express delivery, you can also choose air or sea transportation if the quantity is large. 

1. How long will it take to ship the products?
It takes 3-7 business days by FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT/Aramex, depending on your location.

2. Could we have any discount on postage?
Yes, of course! We keep long-term cooperation with DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT/Aramex and other international express companies and enjoy preferential freight prices.

The website shipping is the discounted price.

3. Could you tell me the shipping cost before order?
Sure!

1>. The freight depends on different modes of transportation, international districts, cargo weight, whether fluffy volume or not, and other factors.
2>. After confirming the address, the system will automatically recommend several modes of transportation and the corresponding freight for your choice.
3>. If you are not satisfied with the transportation mode or freight, please contact our service staff. We will try our best to apply for the most preferential freight. 

4. About the delivery time?
After you place an order, we will check your order first and then send the invoice to you within 24 hours. Shipment will be arranged within 1-3 working days after we receive the full payment.

5. About the tracking number?

After your package is sent, we will provide you a tracking number, so you check where is your package.

6. About the risk of customs detention?

1>. Our price does not include import duties and other fees of countries;
2>. International express companies handle the export customs declaration as agents, the goods can usually be exported smoothly. Due to different policies of different countries, for example, if the goods encounter a customs detention, the customers need to deliver the relevant taxes by themselves;
3>. We will often do related work to help customers smooth customs clearance, such as export by way of "free sample "or "free gift";
4>. We can also make a low-price invoice to help declare export according to customer's requirements.

 

Shipping Methods

 

1. Shipping methods

we will ship by International packages/EMS/DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx, or we will shipping by the sea, if the order cubage is more than 1 stere, that depending on the area you live in.

2. Discount of postage

We are the VIP of the most international express company, we can have a Preferential cheaper price of the shipping. For example, we are the VIP of FedEx, then we can get 35% discount from FedEx ( FedEx IP 3 days shipping, FedEx IE 5 days shipping ); we are the VIP of DHL too, then we can get 35% discount from DHL ( 3-5 days shipping ).  

3. Shipping & delivery time

After you place an order, we will check your order first and then send the invoice to you within 24 hours. And as our old wholesalers,(order from us before.) we will check your order Priority, and get the items we have stock ready for you first, and then send the invoice to you include the Accurate postage. So that after you pay, and we will send it to you within 1 working day. And as the new wholesalers, general we could send your parcel to you within 2 working days.

General, it takes 3-4 working days to all the world by UPS, and takes 3-5 working days by TNT/DHL, depending on the area you live in. and takes 3-5 working days by FedEx IP, 5-7 days FedEx IE, depending on the area you live in.

A package may be delayed because of the shortage of goods. It usually takes 3-15 days to replenish the stock. We will send an email to you once the item is out of stock, and no processes will be done until your reply. We can offer an exchange or cancel service for you according to your will.

4. Calculated the postage

Postage is calculated in accordance with the weight, So buy more and save more! For example, the FedEx express charge is almost the same price for 1 or 5 items with the package. the heavier the parcel, the cheaper the shipping cost per KG.

5. The shipping cost

the shipping costs depend on the weight, delivery way(DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX or sea transit), and destination country. So it is difficult for us to declare an exact shipping fee before you place an order (the weight of one piece bikini is about 0.05kg, but the leather is about 0.3kg /pc). And you could choose the shipping company you like and we will also check all the express and suggest the most suitable way for you. If you are not satisfied with our shipping fee, you also can choose to cancel your order or send a pre-paid box to collect your package.

Shipping Time

Return & Exchange Policy

Attention: 

Before you receive the tracking number, we offer our customers a hesitation period. 

During this hesitation, we support our customers for any unreasonable refund request. 

After the hesitation period, we only provide exchange and return services. Please noted.

Items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 14 working days from the date of shipment.

Items that were damaged or defective, we will refund. However, we will not be responsible for the damages caused by shipping.

Items that are not fit, are not returnable. Please email us on the sizes, colors, etc before purchasing the items.

 

Please Note:

Return Order Condition: The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being worn are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.

Items Not Returnable: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept the exchange or return of panties, bikinis, g-string, thongs, or similar intimate items.

Shipping Charges for Return Items: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items and they should take up the insurance on their own.

Shipping Option or Return Items: When sending a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a parcel service such as EMS or DHL that offers a tracking method. 

If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of return goods.

Shipping Duration for Return Items: Return items must be received within 14 days of the RA number being issued. Items received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.

Credits: Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite the processing of your credit.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

 

1. How to deal with, If the item is defective?

We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents. we also need your help.

First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Second: please shoot the picture of the item is defective, and then send the picture to us by email, so that I could submit them to our Technical Director after she checks and agrees, we will add the replacement to your next order for free or refund related value.

Third: if we could not Identification. All items must be returned in their original condition, to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. 

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and custom fees incurred. But to compensate for the loss of customers, through our assessment, we will give you some more discounts on the next order.

 

2.Return

Secondly, pls pay the returning shipping fee and clearance fee yourself in advance, and also you need to take responsibility for the shipping fee of sending to you, then we will accept returns.

Thirdly, After we get the returning package and after check, we will refund you if the returning goods all in good condition.

Credit or replacement item will be issued/shipped within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
